Pakistan has not been gifted to us by any one, rather it was achieved by our elders with great efforts, hardships and sacrifices. Now, it is our prime duty to keep it strong, stable, unwavering, prosperous and developed. The employers should own the workers and treat them like their children. Similarly, workers/Labour should consider industries/industrial units as their own and work hard because it is in the interest of both the stakeholders.  The Government should also provide maximum facilities   for the upliftment/boosting of workers and their children so that they can live with honor, dignity, satisfaction of mind and play positive and vital role in the society. Moreover, for the effective and result oriented  implementation of Labour Laws, training of Labour Inspectors, Labour Officers and other staff members is imperative. The field staff should work as a liaison officers in between the workers and the employer and be skilled enough to persuade them to comply with the Labour Laws and resolve the petty nature issues on the spot.
